Head table: multiply # of people x 20 sq feet
4' round tables (i.e. cake) = 50 sq feet
5' round tables (i.e. stations/escort cards) = 75 sq feet
6' rectangular tables (i.e. guest book/escort cards) = 100 sq feet
Musicians generally require approximately 30 sq feet per musician
DJs generally require 100 sq feet
6' Bars = 100/150 sq feet
Dance floor calculation is typically 4-5 sq feet per guest
